MORE LESSONS AND PONY PARTIES AT POPLAR CORNER ON WEEKENDS

Somewhat of a crisis with the Equine Influenza!

Poplar Corner horses, ponies and donkeys are fine, but I cannot venture anywhere with them until further notice.

What I am trying to do is get the parties to come out to Poplar Corner and increase my weekend riding lessons.

In the past I haven't done a lot of riding lessons on the weekend as I was always heading into town.

I would appreciate you spreading the word that Poplar Corner is open for more business at Poplar Corner on the weekends.

Any visitors, will need to take some simple precautions and NEVER wear clothes or boots from one horse property to another, before you and the clothes and boots have been thoroughly washed.

The weekend timetable is 9.30, 11.30, 1.30 and 3.30

Did you know that August the 1st is a day most people celebrate the horse's birthday. Thoroughbreds celebrate their birthday on the 1st January. It is different if you know the exact date of your horse's birth.

The next graduation ceremony will be in the last week of this school term. Parents and friends of current students are invited. Students then get to show off their horse manangement and riding skills to their parents and friends. We give a riding demonstration and then certificates are awarded.

We are planning a Poplar Corner Riding School Gymkhana on 25th November 2007.
